Cancellation policy Course:
Booking a course is final and the full cost for the course is charged upon registration of the course. If you wish to cancel your course registration, you will receive a 50% refund if notice of cancellation is received at least four weeks before the course start date. If notice of cancellation is received less than four weeks before the course start date, no refund will be issued. A course booking can be transferred to another participant for an administration fee of $ 50. Transfer requests must be made no later than four weeks before the course start date. There are a lot of haircolor books available today on the market that are from the '80s-'90s. But what was true before is no longer true today, and what is true now will no longer be true tomorrow. During April, 2020 we launched the book “Become a better colorist.” Our vision with the book is that it should be like a color bible in the color room that you can easily search for help and feel more confident in your coloring. Color should being CLEAR, EASY and FUN. As we know, it is a huge challenge in our industry. The book is therefore uniquely designed to be CLEAR, EASY and FUN for colorists, teachers, students, educators and even salespeople in the hairdressing industry to read and use.
